Anyone have either one of these cartridges? If so how do you like them? Most likely going with the 7mm PRC as it looks like the 6.8 western is fading out.

Yes thats why I asked? I got more than enough for whats in texas but the 6.5 grendel is a little light for elk. I have a 270 but its far from being very acuurate. If you are thinking “something bigger” for elk. What’s to say you would never need/want something for moose/bear.
You can get 338win, 340wthby, 338lap ammo isn’t hard to find, calibers have been around forever, will knock anything North America on its ass.Comment
