Positive side to the warm weather...

Since we have not had so much as a light frost yet the garden has kept on producing. Christmas dinner will include sweet taters, green beans, and maters from the garden.

That is the positive, but on the flip side I just mowed my grass and it’s as green and growing just like it was summer. I also noticed some algae growing in my pool, so had to turn back up the chlorinator.

We finally had a hard enough freeze last weekend that I'm done watering plants for a while. It's nearly 80 right now and howling like Doe Nob is in town trying to hunt.

Wife flew back to DFW just in time. We do need the snow.
