I'm glad that one of his school mates was polite enough to pull out their phone to record the fight that led to the shooting. One is getting beat pretty good, so which one is the shooter the beater or being beat guy? You would think it would be the one getting beat as his way to defend himself but you never know.

I don't know which one began shooting, but if it was the whipee in that beat down he may have a self defense claim. At least enough to mitigate the punishment a bit. He still has a charge of gun in school.
Or maybe whipping the ass wasn't enough and the shooter was the winner.
