When some of us were kids, lol!

I remember when he shot Dean Coral and turned himself in, Ch 13 ran that story every night for weeks. As a little kid it was terrifying not being able to process the fact that their reign of terror was over by the time the general public knew anything about it.

I seriously doubt he get parole this time, to many people that were touched by this are still alive.

I hope the parole board pays attention to the message sent by the jury that sentenced him to multiple life sentences.

Amazing that with multiple life sentences he is even eligible for parole. Guess I don’t understand how that works. Let’s say he gets parole one of the life sentences. Wouldn’t he then have to serve the others or does he get paroled on all of them at once?

Depends on how the original verdict was made. I think

Thats why killers plea out. If they risk trial they could end up with life or death

I was always told by my lawyer cousin that if your guilty plea bargain and don’t bond out. If your innocent fight it all the way. Luckily to this point I haven’t had to make that decision.

Sentences can run independently or concurrently. I don't know how this one went. Used to be, "life" was about 60 years. I don't know how any "good time" has been calculated.

                I doubt he gets paroled.

The murder trial i was on years back, "Life" only meant after 15 years they are eligible for parole. "LIFE WITOUT PAROLE" meant just that. If sentences ran concurrently, then the time served went towards all charges the same at the same time.
