Teeth not super-compatible with fluro, per my dentist, after fixing one of my front teeth. I get the cheap Rapala or whatever they have scissors at Academy for the braid, but I don't use it much any more.

Dentist told me 30 years ago my teeth was starting to look like a serrated steak knife & to quit biting that fishing line if I didn’t want to see him more often in the future. So, started using the cutlery after that.

My brother always carried a lanyard with the small nail clippers for snipping line. Don't know if they would work on braid, but probably.

I ordered a couple pairs of the pitbull cutters and they arrived today. They cut good out of the package, but then many do. I'll put them on my boat and see how well they hold up. They are smaller than I was expecting. I think they will do fine for my normal inshore stuff but I'm not too sure they are gonna be good with 100-150# mono leader material.

I don’t use any 100-150# stuff so won’t be any help there, but I’ve had the same 2 pairs in my boat for going on 8 years and they still cut as good as out of the box.

That's good, I hope the salt worms are kind to mine and they last a long time.
