Last week I'm in trial. Spooby is hopped up on mainline testosterone, Adderall and something else. He shoots up a house and literally misses killing a dude by 1/4 inch. Victim hair and scalp are stuck to the foyer wall ceiling etc. Holes all over the place

Before I go on the "investigator" for the prosecution pulls me aside and wants to talk about the gun. A genuine Smith and Wesson sd40ve or whatever the model is. Made in Springfield Massachusetts.

The investigator tells me he's retired DPS firearms guy blah blah blah. I just listen. Now I don't proclaim to be an expert in guns but I can hold my own in just experience. So I listen some more.
