I’m ordering one soon. Those that have them, what size is it? Mainly for gumbo, I want to make a decent size batch when I do it. I see 13”, 15” and 18”.

18 for a big pot of gumbo or something feeding a bunch of foks. The 13 is really handy for cooking for the family on a regular basis. The 15 is big enough for a feed of buddies but a lot more useful than the 18. If you're lazy like me and just like to throw the whole pot in the fridge at the end of the night, the smaller sizes are nice. Get all three!
Ive found good deals on originals watching proxibid.

I've got an 18 and it will feed the whole family for Christmas.
Get you a long roux spoon. Your hand will get hot stirring roux in it with a normal roux spoonLast edited by Runnin' 87; 12-24-2024, 07:32 PM.

Dem stainless pots from wal marks wit da thick bottom makes a good gumbo pot.
