I'm wanting to build a small smokehouse to cold smoke deer sausage this winter. I saw some on here had some nice looking ones but can't find the old posts in search. If you won't mind posting up photos of what you use, I'd appreciate it.

Here’s the one we built at my parents. The diffuser plate is much larger now. It’s a bit overkill, can smoke about 400ish lbs at a time. Have a couple of wire mesh shelves for smoking cheese, too.Comment
