  • Rogers Waders

I will not be buying anything in the $200-$300 range anymore other than these. Seem to be built way better than Cabelas waders.

Other than the zippers down around the ankles where the insulated portion could be zipped in, that’s a little annoying and rubs you a bit.

So I should just cut that out then? Since I’m not planning on ever putting the insulated part in.

U can try them before u do that. Just from experience, if something is causing an issue at the house, it will be worse when you start walking, moving etc

          Ah yes, I agree.

I’m pretty sure I got it fixed. Originally they pushed down in there and I just reached in and pulled it up.

Why’d ya order insulated if you didn’t want insulated?

I ordered non-insulated but I guess they build em all with the zipper stuff I case you wanna go insulated later on.

I just ordered a pair of rogers waders too. First pair I’ve owned, but know a bunch of people that use the, and they seem to hold up as good as any.

Also ordered some final approach waders…I don’t recommend. The zipper down the front is nice, but the straps are too short and built funny.

They’re basically Rogers branded Frogg Togg waders with minor changes. Solid for the price point for sure. Cabelas and Bass Pro waders are a thing of the past.

Man, I hope not. Anything FT I have ever owned was garbage and meant ‘soon to be wet’.

Only problem with the pair I have was a cut on the top of the boot…totally my fault. Otherwise I’ve started dry with them.

That being said….. I’m giving Drake a try. Going to test their “Three year strap to sole, no questions asked warranty”
