              That space is filled with the super computer and related electronics. Among other tasks it is constantly scanning everything around it out to 400 yards.

                This is going to be interesting. The owner of the vehicle is responsible for any infractions and liabilities that the truck gets into. So the trailer may say "Wal Mart" but the tractor me be "ACME Cartage." The truck is a Peterbilt but the auto drive capability is "Johnson Commercial Autopilot." All of that being built of components from several other manufacturers. All that put together by a third party.

                It's just going to be a mess in the courtroom.

                            Currently there's an 80,000 shortage of truck drivers and without driver-less trucks that's projected to grow to a deficit of 160,000 truck drivers by 2030. Now we are seeing 17-year olds in 18-wheelers with accelerated training.
