  • Why not just go knock a hole in it?

Somebody wants to unlawfully dam a river. Blow it up.

Does the State Not own that River Bed?

Seems pretty cut and dried. Cut it/blow it and levy the bill against him.

Is this about that ranch that built a "road" across the creek

Something like that. Looks like a cement dam made from wash out material. The supposed guy that built it own a heavy construction company.

I hope someone or something blows that thing out. Can’t believe COE isn’t all over this one.

John Dutton would just send Mark Stanco down there with his tannerite and the water would flow.

              May be off topic, but...

Watercourses that anyone on here would consider a "creek" are Jurisdictional Waters of the United States. All encroachments or activities that occur within the normal high watermark of said "creeks" are subject to USACE permit approval. If you own property and there are blue lines on a USGS Topo map that connect your ponds to a main channel, then the ponds, the connecting channels and the main waterway are subject to USACE regulation,

Getting your hand caught in the cookie jar can get expensive.

              Your tax dollars at work...Bastards.

I wondered if you had any insight to it?

I saw something but didn't have a chance to read it. If it's what I saw I thought it was Llano?? Or some place north of you

I didn’t know about this one but can tell you this. The Colorado is flowing 200-300 CFS right now. 600 used to be considered very low. The overall flow of the lowe Colorado river year around is about 1/3 of what it was 10 years ago. People think it is because of the drought. Maybe 20% is. The rest is upstream demands & people pulling chicken shit things like damming a tributary river, creek, strewn, etc.

The damn needs to come down, but somebody needs to tell Susan to shut the fuck up.
I hope the state goes back after her and charges her for all the free water her livelihood has consumed.

I drive over the Colorado in LaGrange several times a week.

I always look to see how much of that sand bar is showing.

                        Lately it's been a lot

That will end poorly for him.
