Camp chef 2 burner on a stand. Run a full length griddle when you want. Fish fry, half griddle and open burner and they make a grill that sits on it. You name it

Their website sucks. Had to know what to look for to find the grill that sits on it.
The grill box get hot enough to sear a steak? That’s my biggest gripe about my current grill.

I haven't seared a steak on it but I don't see why not. Turn the burner up to my gawd and let it go.
But, they do make half sized griddles that fit over one side. The ones I have are flat on one side and grooved on the other. That said I've bought all the different parts from people other than CC. Tsc has been cheaper, just have to order it and ship to store

This is the grill box I have. Appears there is a larger one as well. Mine did come from bass pro and was under 100 when I got it
I’m certain this isn’t the answer you want, but a good grill and a good griddle are 2 separate buys. Sure, there are things out there that work but to get the best of both worlds, it’s 2 different units.
