  • The B.A.S.S. guys are pretty cool.

I got this rule. If you give me a hat you have to autograph it. Every time B.A.S.S. come to town they get assigned as my project for the week. I enjoy it and have gotten to know them. The last day one of the guys brought me a hat. I tossed it back to him, "it ain't signed." A couple weeks later a box showes up at the house. It has two hats signed by the B.A.S.S. crew. Trying to figure out a shodow box or something to go with the coin Steve Bowman gave me, the "pass" with Ray Scott on it, and the media guide that features pictures from Orange, Texas.

The issue was that YETI is a B.A.S.S sponsor. That's my Yeti work coffee mug.

"Cap'n we got this picture. Can we...."

"Uh, no. I can't endorse products on duty and in my official capacity. That's a problem."

                  "Darn. Great pic."

I got the coffee mug because my friend own the local Yeti getting place and I needed a new covered mug for work.
