Drive up highway 351 between Abilene and Albany. Thats the first batch placed in the area. All the towers and blades on them are stained from the lubrication oil running out of them. No telling how many thousands of gallons of juice rained to the earth. I guess when the seals pop or wear out, they just let er rip. One of them kept spinning until it burnt to the ground. Wish it would have spread and got em all

Btw Colby, got the 3rd hog yesterday evening and the mallards and Canada's are still thick in the wheat.

Mallards piled up in wheat close to the house the day we got iced up. I dont know what they were doing in thereas it was under 2 inches of ice. Likely 2 thousand birds in there. Never saw them before or since.
Ive got to make time to thin some hogs before it gets summertime. Cant make myself sit in a blind when its 90 degrees at night.

Solar farms are bad enough but the Turbines are even worse. An eyesore and detriment to wildlife. Turbines are actually an outdated technology but they keep putting up the bastards. Wish the state would set some regulations on them but probably wont. Just follow the $$$ kind of deal.
