Sounds great man. We ate fried turkey for lunch and having axis steaks tonight. Going to try a reverse sear on the steaks like I normally do for the backstrap.

Not a humble brag, I had three places I hunt out here. One lease I got off of a month or so ago where I killed one back in February. I killed another on pasture (before season ‘started over’). And then he killed this one on my other pasture. Hopefully we get another good one off the other pasture. Saw a 36”+ a couple of weeks ago on it.
