    If you were in an LE profession. This sort of stuff is the water cooler talk. This guy is the most current of anybody I know.

                        You probably don't know what a "return" is. Just this morning, first thing, my guys were helpi g another fix a return that he messed up. They did him a solid before it got to me.

                            Kinda like that. Orr say blocking a road to check everyone to see if they've been drinking. Or to check and see if they have insurance. Or blocking an interstate to check your papers. Just a few examples.
