I ran Polaris ATV's and UTV's for close to 15 years. The last two Polaris Rangers I had started having cooling, suspension, and drive train issues within 6 months of purchase. The last I bought had an enclosed cab that leaked dust so bad you had to roll with the windows down so as not to choke out. Something happened ~2017 with Polaris and their quality. I have move on to another mfg.

one of mine was a 2015 that had fuel delivery issues from day one. The other was a '17 that had all the issues that you described except for cab because it didn't have a cab.
Id like to have one but dont want to pay for it. I like the concept of 50/50 work and play. Honda has the talon and yamaha just released a new buggy thats smaller.
I know of the scrap and AC guys polaris issues. My personal opinion is they had a few bad years when the got so popular and that caused issues for them later. My 2009 ranger has just over 3000 miles and Ive changed a belt, one battery and the suspension bushings. I would drive more options now if I was actually shopping. In 2009 there were no real options
I’ve owned a couple of Rangers and I’m with the crew that wouldn’t own one again. I’ve been impressed while riding around in the Kawasaki Mule Pro FXT’s over the last several years. I’d give them a hard look if I was back in the market.
Here's the needs.
*4 seats
*Relatively narrow + or - 60"
Just passing this along because it can make or break using some trails in colorado.. width which is determined by 4x4 posts concreted at some trailheads..
55 inchs was one that we luckily fit thru in a rhino..
This shit wasnt there 2yrs ago
If they make a 4 seater that narrow thats the one i would get if thats what it was for
