Depends on what you’re after. If you’re strictly looking for R&R, it’s just about perfect. If you’re looking for night life etc, it’s not. There are very few resorts and it’s very laid back.

It’s laid back for sure. The island’s motto is “rush slowly”. There’s typically a variety of decent scenery too as there’s a vet school there.

Make reservations at the Reggae Beach Bar and Grill for their Friday Night Lobster Fest, provided you’ll be there on a Friday. It sells out quickly. Send me a message if you want any other recommendations.

A good friend of mine has family that own a house there and that’s where we stay when we go.
