    Just put a roast in the smoker. A brisket is too much for just Momma and me.

    Get you a vacuum sealer. Slice it and seal enough in each package for a meal. Freeze it. Thaw it by putting the package in boiling water for 10 min. Thank me later.

            Wtf temp did you cook it at if you knocked it out in 4 hours???? Next time, try 225.

                It was a smallish roast. Great flavor...just not all that colligin that is in a brisket.
