Winter finally showed up. It tried to snow here for a while, but it all blew away.

We have been having flurries all afternoon. Its kinda bullshit that we can't beg, steal or borrow any weather during hunting season. Yet, here it is.
The highway people have been spraying the roads like something may happen. Likely just spinning their wheels.

I just finished clearing the driveway and road to the house. Truck showed -6 air temp and phone said -26 wind chill. For those 30 minutes I damn sure wished I had an enclosed cab on my Ranger.

I skipped a goose hunt in mid December because I felt like mowing the grass was a better use of time. I don't like this at all.
