I've used these on the duck boat and Argo. Pleased. Never a problem with the light. Any issues have been fuse or wiring corrosion.

Why do you need a light bar on a vehicle that goes 8mph wide open?

        9 to be exact....

Before the bright head lights we have today the led light was handy. Not just running but to turn around and point out where the decoys were going to be and help with spread setting.

Anymore though, in the small confined waters we run in.... unnecessary.

Hell, I ran miles using a small Surefire hand held light.

I found where I ordered it. Claims its 162 Watts, but I think the Chinese watts are different and ya cant trust them. Its stupid bright. Good for setting your blocks, but blinds the shit out of ya when you are walking back to the boat to get more. I wouldnt go brighter. The stupid little mounts for the bar are a bit wonky. I dont think its meant to be adjusted much

Mine is a 14 inch roadshock. Says 3,000 lumens. $59.99 at harbor freight. 5 years with salt water in the mix and still going strong.

A freight train light bar plus the sound of tuned exhaust on a 40hp short shaft won't chase birds off the lakes...

Deer get used to folks running around because they can't fly away. Ducks can fly. Hope we see winter in 2026.

You missed some clouds to yell at yesterday.

Lighten up Francis, a little brighter light ain’t gonna make a difference. If youre running through the roost, the ducks aren’t gonna be sitting there if I have a 120W instead of a 180W.

The exhaust? Yea. I’m with you there. That shit is obnoxious.

                It was the leaves...

I have Live Oaks. I pulled 2 truck loads of Red Oak leaves off my yard yesterday.

This is my issue. My backyard is full of leaves that fell from my trees. One and done on the cleanup. The front, on the other hand, is full of leaves from who knows where. I have hauled away 20+ bags of the damn things this year and I live on the treeless plains. And I ain't done yet.

Cost me about $3k earlier this year to not have any more leaf problems. Or roots getting into the slab. Or big trees falling on the house.
